To use WPS, you must create an account by providing your email address and, optionally, your name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
WPS is a paid service that requires a monthly subscription fee. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to WPS, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is canceled.
You may cancel your WPS subscription at any time by accessing your account settings. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription period.
WPS is designed to provide you with a private and anonymous search experience. Each search is treated as if it were being made for the first time, without any personalization or tracking. You agree to use WPS solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
WPS uses third-party services, including Clerk for user account management, Lemon Squeezy for subscription handling, and Cloudflare Workers for the service infrastructure. These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which you agree to be bound by when using WPS.
WPS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall BrowserWorks Ltd. or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of WPS, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate WPS at any time, without notice or liability to you. We may also modify these Terms of Service from time to time, and your continued use of WPS after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
